These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of Kanban Lens. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Kanban Lens is a local-first productivity app that helps you plan, focus, and review your work. You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws and in a way that does not disrupt or harm others.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kanban Lens on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
Kanban Lens offers a free tier with limited features, including up to one board. Optional Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases unlock unlimited boards, advanced review insights, automations, calendar integration, Shortcuts, and iCloud sync.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data.
Kanban Lens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VANTH Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
