Thinglets is provided by Vanth Studio as a family learning app for parent-supervised use. By using Thinglets, you agree to these terms and Apple's standard App Store terms for apps and subscriptions.

Parent Supervision

Thinglets is designed for children, but parents or guardians are responsible for supervising use of the app and the real-world environment around the child.

Safety

Thinglets may identify objects incorrectly. The app uses cautious language and safety filters, but it is not a safety authority. Children should ask a grown-up before touching unknown, sharp, hot, electrical, chemical, medical, or otherwise risky objects.

Subscriptions

Thinglets Premium may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to the Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Thinglets for unsafe experiments, medical decisions, emergency guidance, or any use that requires adult expertise.
