Common
Questions

Why does Pynqr ask for Local Network permission?

iOS requires Local Network permission before an app can discover devices on your WiFi. Without it, Pynqr cannot scan your local network.

Does network scan data leave my device?

No. Device discovery, history, tags, reports, and diagnostics are processed and stored on your device. RevenueCat is used for purchase validation, PostHog only receives optional anonymous analytics if you opt in, and Crisp or email support only receives information you choose to send.

What is included in Pynqr Pro?

Pro unlocks unlimited scans, Deep Scan security analysis, unlimited exports, unlimited history, scan comparison, Auto Refresh, and TLS certificate export.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Open the App Store account settings on your device, then manage subscriptions for your Apple ID. Refund requests are handled through Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com flow.

Which export formats are supported?

Pynqr can export scan results for documentation and audits. The website and App Store listing describe CSV, JSON, PDF, and XML export support for Pro workflows.

What should I include in a support email?

Include the Pynqr version, iOS version, device model, whether Local Network permission is enabled, and the exact action you were trying to complete.
