About LastGlass and its guides
LastGlass is a private alcohol tracker and urge-support app made by VANTH Studio. We publish practical guides to help you understand the tools, compare your options and keep a record you can use.

Who makes the app?
VANTH Studio, based in the Netherlands, publishes LastGlass. The Apple developer page connects the studio’s apps to their App Store publisher. Contact us at hello@vanthstudio.com.
LastGlass 1.0 is available for iPhone and iPad with a companion Apple Watch app. Its core is free; LastGlass+ is optional. Check the current App Store listing for compatibility and offers. The app is a personal wellbeing tool and does not provide medical care, coaching or emergency monitoring.
How we check our guides
Product explanations are checked against the app’s implemented behaviour and feature access. We explain assumptions that change a result, such as whether a day count includes the start date or a spending estimate uses a weekly baseline.
For health information, we link to the relevant public health guidance or original research. We distinguish general guidance from personal advice, and a feature description from evidence that an app improves outcomes. These guides have not been independently reviewed by a clinician, and we do not present VANTH Studio as a medical authority.
Each guide lists its sources and a source-check date. Publication and update dates describe the article; we do not change them simply because a page was rebuilt. Countries can use different alcohol units and recommendations, so the country and definition matter.
How we compare apps
We make LastGlass and disclose that interest. Our comparison links official product information, gives the verification date and explains LastGlass’s limitations. It is not a clinical ranking or a claim that we tested every product. We do not receive affiliate commission from the comparison links.
Prices and features can change by region and offer. The purchase screen is the place to verify the current billing period, renewal amount and trial eligibility.
Tools with visible assumptions
The sobriety calculator counts calendar dates and assumes an uninterrupted alcohol-free period. The units calculator uses the volume, ABV and unit system you select. Neither can assess withdrawal, medical risk or fitness to drive.
Both calculations run in the browser without uploading form inputs. The sobriety calculator has an optional bookmark setting that puts the date in the address fragment; that date may then remain in history or a shared link. The website embeds no third-party analytics scripts or chat. Existing external directory badges in the footer can make image requests to those services.
Corrections and questions
If a feature, calculation or source looks wrong, email hello@vanthstudio.com with the page address and the statement you want us to check. You do not need to share journal text or a private record to report a website error.
For purchases and backups, use product support. For the handling of personal data, read the privacy policy. If you may be physically dependent on alcohol, get qualified medical advice before stopping or cutting down; the safety page explains the app’s limits.
