Already counting? Bring your date with you

Set the date you have been alcohol-free since, whether that was last night or years ago, and LastGlass picks up the count from there. Want to see the number first? Try the free sobriety calculator: it shows your days, weeks, months and years sober and your next milestone, right in your browser.

What the counter shows

Milestones worth celebrating

Early milestones come close together, because the first days are often the hardest:

After the first year, every year counts. Share a milestone card only if you want to; nothing is posted for you.

Your count, a glance away

Put your sober days on your Home Screen with a small widget and on your Apple Watch face, both free. A free support widget opens the urge tools in one tap. With LastGlass+, add Lock Screen and medium progress widgets and an urge timer on your watch.

More than a number

A counter tells you how far you have come. The hard part is the next urge. When one shows up, tap I need support now for a 20-minute urge timer that also shows on your Lock Screen, guided breathing, grounding, your own reasons, a trusted contact or a helpline for your country. A one-minute daily check-in records how you felt and whether an urge showed up, so you can learn your own patterns. See the craving support tools.

A count that's yours alone

No account, no follower list, no leaderboard and no ads. Your record is stored on your device, and Face ID can lock the app. You can export everything or make a password-encrypted backup at any time. How LastGlass handles privacy

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free sobriety counter app?

Yes. LastGlass is free to download, and the counter, milestones, money kept, daily check-ins, urge support, a small Home Screen widget and your count on your Apple Watch face are all free with no trial needed. LastGlass+ is optional.

Can I enter a sobriety date in the past?

Yes. Set the date you have been alcohol-free since, whether that was yesterday or years ago, and the counter picks up from there. You can change it later in Settings.

Does the counter reset to zero if I drink?

A hard day is recorded honestly, but it does not erase the clear days around it. Streak freezes, earned as you check in, and next-day repair protect the habit you have built. Your total clear days since your start date stay visible.

Can I see my sober days on my Lock Screen or Apple Watch?

Your count on the Apple Watch face and a small Home Screen widget are free. Lock Screen and medium progress widgets come with LastGlass+.

Is my sobriety date shared with anyone?

No. There is no LastGlass account, social feed or follower list, and your record is stored on your device. Optional diagnostics, if you agree to them, never include exact start dates.

How do I calculate how many days sober I am?

Count the full days from your sobriety date to today. The free LastGlass sobriety calculator does it for you in the browser, including weeks, months, years and your next milestone.
