LastGlass

Private sobriety tracker

A private sobriety tracker. No feed, no followers.

LastGlass is a sober-day counter and journal that belongs to you alone. There is no LastGlass account, no social profile and no leaderboard.

Private by design

What still leaves your device, and only when you choose

We would rather be precise than promise “nothing ever leaves”. Optional diagnostics are off by default; if you agree, PostHog receives app usage and health-related ratings with a pseudonymous ID. Purchases go through Apple and RevenueCat. Support chat uses Crisp only when you start it. The privacy policy and Consumer Health Privacy policy explain each one.

A sober counter without the pressure

Watch your alcohol-free time tick up, celebrate milestones and share a private milestone card only if you want to. Streak freezes and next-day repair mean one hard day does not wipe out your progress. You can export everything or make a password-encrypted backup at any time.

Your people, on your terms

Instead of a public community, LastGlass lets you add up to three trusted contacts and reach them in one tap from the support screen. With LastGlass+ you can create a PDF summary to share with your doctor or therapist.

Before changing your drinking

Get professional advice before stopping suddenly if you may be dependent on alcohol. LastGlass cannot assess whether it is safe for you to stop. Read the safety guidance.
