Choose the goal that fits

Not everyone wants to quit for good. In LastGlass you pick a path and can change it later without losing your record:

One honest check-in a day

Make a morning promise, then record how you feel, whether an urge showed up and whether alcohol was part of the day. A hard day stays in the record without erasing the days around it, and you can repair a streak the next day.

See what is changing

Your calendar, milestones from one day to one year, money kept and drinks not drunk show your progress at a glance. A free weekly recap summarises the last seven days. With LastGlass+ you also get personal patterns, such as your hardest weekday, when urges hit and what actually helps, plus weekly reviews and savings goals.

Plan for the hard evenings

Risky-time plans let you prepare for the moments that are usually difficult: a Friday evening, a dinner out, a work event. When an urge shows up anyway, “I need support now” opens an urge timer, breathing, grounding and your own reasons. Read more about alcohol craving support.

Before changing your drinking

Get professional advice before stopping suddenly if you may be dependent on alcohol. LastGlass cannot assess whether it is safe for you to stop. Read the safety guidance.

Questions

Is there a free app to help me drink less?

LastGlass has free core features with no trial needed: daily check-ins, the live counter, milestones, money kept, the journal, urge support and your count on Apple Watch. LastGlass+ is optional.

Can I use LastGlass for Dry January or a break?

Yes. Choose the take-a-break path and set an end date. When the break ends, you decide whether to continue, change your goal or stop tracking.

Does LastGlass track money and calories?

Yes. LastGlass shows money kept and drinks not drunk, and estimates calories avoided based on a standard drink. The estimates are rough, and you can adjust them.
