Consumer Health Privacy
Your health data deserves a clear explanation.
This policy supplements the LastGlass privacy policy, including for Washington and other applicable US consumer health privacy laws.

Who and what this policy covers
VANTH Studio, The Netherlands, provides LastGlass. Contact hello@vanthstudio.com. “Consumer health data” can include information that identifies or reasonably relates to a person’s physical or mental health, alcohol use, or seeking related support.
This notice explains actual app practices. It does not claim that every health law applies to every use, or that LastGlass is a healthcare provider.
Categories, sources and purposes
- Your local record: drinking/check-ins, moods, urges, start dates, journal, reasons and support preferences come from you and are stored on your device for your own tracking. We do not receive journal text, notes, photos, contact details or exact start dates through analytics.
- Consented diagnostics: mood/urge ratings, alcohol-recorded status and drinking ranges, coarse time/duration and progress ranges, safety-path and support-tool choices and outcomes come from app actions if you explicitly enable diagnostics. Device/app information and a pseudonymous identifier accompany them. PostHog processes these to help improve the app; consented RevenueCat purchase events can be linked to the identifier. These categories can permit health-related inferences.
- Support information: messages, attachments and details you choose to send by email or Crisp may reveal health information. We use them to answer your request. Please avoid sending medical records.
- Your selected Apple features: optional mood writes, selected Journaling Suggestions and phone/Watch transfers serve the feature you request. They do not grant us access to your Apple Health history.
We do not collect precise location or use geofences around healthcare facilities. We do not use your health information to target advertising.
When health data is collected or shared
Optional health diagnostics require your affirmative agreement and can be switched off in Settings → Privacy. Support is initiated by you. We use health information only as described for the feature you request or with consent where required by applicable law. We do not bundle health-data consent into agreeing to Terms.
We do not sell consumer health data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not share it with data brokers, employers or insurers. Processors needed to provide the requested service are PostHog (opted-in diagnostics), Crisp and email/hosting providers (chosen support). Apple processes the system features and purchases you choose. RevenueCat processes subscriptions and, with diagnostics enabled, purchase-event attribution linked to the pseudonymous analytics ID. Necessary legal disclosures may occur where law requires them; they are not permission to sell data.
Your choices and requests
You can decline diagnostics without losing core functionality, withdraw consent in Settings, and export or delete your local record. To confirm whether we process your consumer health data, obtain access or a copy, withdraw relevant consent, or request deletion from us and relevant processors, email hello@vanthstudio.com with “LastGlass health privacy”. We will use proportionate verification and comply within applicable legal deadlines, including instructions to processors where required. Local reset alone does not erase provider-held records.
If we deny your request, reply with “Appeal” to the same address. We will review the decision and explain the result and applicable complaint route. Washington residents can contact the Washington Attorney General. Exercising rights will not result in retaliation.
