Is LastGlass free?

Yes. Daily check-ins, the alcohol-free counter, milestones, money-kept estimates, journal, core iPhone urge tools, risky-time plans and backups are free without a trial. LastGlass+ is an optional subscription. The current price, billing period and any trial eligibility are shown before purchase; a free core does not require starting a trial.

Does LastGlass require an account or a community profile?

No LastGlass account is required, and the app has no social feed, followers or public leaderboard. App Store purchases use your Apple account. You can choose to contact your own trusted people or share an export; neither happens as a public post inside LastGlass.

What stays on the device, and what uses outside services?

Your personal record and journal are stored locally. Purchases use Apple and RevenueCat. Optional diagnostics are off by default and can send app usage and health-related ratings to PostHog if you consent. Crisp supports chat you choose to start. Optional Apple features and files you export have separate choices. The privacy policy explains these services and their data handling.

Can LastGlass replace treatment or manage alcohol withdrawal?

No. LastGlass is a personal record and wellbeing tool. It does not diagnose or treat alcohol use disorder, manage detox, predict withdrawal or determine whether it is medically safe for you to stop drinking. It does not monitor emergencies or contact emergency services for you.

Read the safety guidance. These product facts are a first-party description, not an independent clinical review or evidence of treatment outcomes.

What do the counts and estimates mean?

Alcohol-free days and the showing-up streak measure different things. A streak freeze protects missed app activity; it does not turn a drinking day into an alcohol-free day. Money kept is a baseline estimate, and the app's units caption uses a chosen typical drink size.
